I do like the community vibe on neoprocycling.com. People talks about rides, gear, and general cycling stuff, which is nice when you just want to browse or jump in now and then. That said, it can be quiet at times, and replies takes longer than I expected. It’s not a bad site at all, I just thought it would be a little more active. I think it would be better if there was more regular chats, group events, or ongoing discussions. Still, it’s fine if you only want to check in once in a while

They’ve got a really solid mix of cycling stuff here, gear, parts, clothing, the whole lot. I actually found a few items I’d been hunting down forever and couldn’t seem to find anywhere else. It’s not absolutely perfect since a couple of sizes were missing, but overall the range is impressive and browsing was easy enough. Definitely worth a look if you’re into cycling

Every time I try to grab something I actually want, it’s out of stock again. Kinda frustrating, honestly.

I ordered my usual size from neoprocycling thinking it’d be fine, but nope. The jersey fit really tight around the shoulders and then somehow felt kinda loose around the waist, which was weird. I checked the size chart too, but it didn’t help much. Ended up not wearing it at all, which was annoying tbh...

I was disappointed when my order showed up. It came in this flimsy thin box with barely any padding, and one side was crushed in. A few of the parts had marks on them too, which was really frustrating. I ordered cycling parts expecting them to be packed with at least some care, not tossed into a box like an afterthought. It added a bunch of unexpected stress because I had to check everything over and worry about whether anything was damaged. Definitely not happy with the packaging.

I ordered two jerseys in specific sizes plus a pair of bib shorts, but what showed up wasn’t right. One jersey was the wrong size, and the shorts weren’t even the ones I chose. I emailed neoprocycling.com with photos thinking it would be a simple fix, but the replies were slow and they kept asking me to explain the same things over and over like I hadn’t already sent the details. I just wanted my order corrected without having to repeat myself every time. Really frustrating experience, and I won’t be ordering from them again...

I ordered from neoprocycling and overall I’m happy with it. The kit feels good and the packaging was simple, not a bunch of extra stuff, which I appreciated. It gives the impression they’re trying to be mindful, but I do wish there was clearer info about recycled fabrics or where things are sourced from. Maybe I missed it, but... yeah, that would’ve been nice to see. Still a solid experience and I’d give it 4 stars

I’ll admit I’m kind of picky about stitching on jerseys, so maybe I noticed it more than some people would. The jersey does look nice and it feels really light, which I liked right away. But after the first wash, I saw a few loose threads, and that was a little disappointing. It’s not awful, especially for the price, but I personally expected it to hold up a bit better...

The kit looks decent at first, but the washing instructions left me guessing a bit. I just went with the obvious safe route in my head, gentle wash, careful handling, nothing too harsh—but even after following the directions, the print started fading after a few washes. I expected it to last a little better.

I ordered from overseas and it took forever to arrive. The tracking barely updated, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be. The product itself was okay once it finally got here, but the shipping delays felt avoidable
